Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for ethernomade.com is Éther Nomade, which you can reach at contact@ethernomade.com.

What we collect and why

We only collect what you send us yourself through the contact form, that is your email address and your message. We use it for one purpose, replying to you, and we never sell or share it for marketing.

Our lawful basis

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) we rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the contact form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Service providers

Contact form messages are sent and stored using a Google service (Google Apps Script). The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google when a page is displayed. These providers may process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States.

Cookies

In line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies, or anonymised audience measurement, may be used.

How long we keep it

Contact form data is kept for as long as it takes to deal with your message, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@ethernomade.com.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, through its website at ico.org.uk.

This policy may be updated. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
